Monthly Dinner Meeting
August 21, 2018 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Join us Aug. 21 for a sizzling summer double header! Cyber security breaches impact our daily lives, national security, and have turned the internet into a battle zone.
First, Tom Naramore of A Better Process will present “Cybersecurity – picking the Lock vs. Stealing the Key.” Tom’s Chief Security Officer will join him for a presentation on how his company helps attorneys, financial advsiors, CPAs and others, protect sensitive and valuable client data, defend against viruses and leaks, pass compliance audits, conduct risk assessments and data breach repair, and maintain IT and cloud support.
Next, Jessica Morse*, 4th district Congressional candidate in Placer County, will address cyber warfare as a national security threat. She will also delve into particular local concerns, including but not limited to exploring parts of our district that do not even have access to high speed internet.
E-mail [email protected] with questions on internet security or general questions about Placer County matters, so the speakers are best prepared to address your concerns.
* Congressman Tom McClintock was also invited to speak, but unfortunately was unavailable.
