Combating the Financial Mistreatment of Senior and Vulnerable Adults
This Month’s Speakers:
Scott Heisey, VP
Scott Heisey started in the title industry in 1984 in Campbell California as a courier for a small privately owned title company. He went on to hold various positions with several major title insurance companies over the past 38 years, including: County Manager, Regional Underwriter and Senior Vice President of Title Operations. He is currently the Vice President, Northern California Title Operations Manager for Stewart Title of California, Inc.
He has been invited to present to the D.A. offices for Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Benito counties on the subject of elder financial abuse as well as the Santa Cruz County and Marin County Estate Planning Associations. He has presented before several county escrow associations on RED FLAG underwriting issues and has conducted more than 700 educational presentations and seminars for real estate associations and brokerages over that past 10 years.
