Monthly Dinner Meeting October 18, 2016
October 18, 2016 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Please join us at the next South Placer Estate Planning Council (SPEPC) Speaker & Dinner meeting. Our guest speaker is Angela Cuadra, Program Analyst who will be discussing the roll of the fiduciary and the Professional Fiduciary Bureau.
The Professional Fiduciaries Bureau was created by legislation that passed and was enacted into law in 2007 to regulate non-family member professional fiduciaries, including conservators, guardians, trustees, and agents under durable power of attorney as defined by the Professional Fiduciaries Act. Professional fiduciaries provide critical services to seniors, persons with disabilities, and children. They manage matters for clients including daily care, housing and medical needs, and also offer financial management services ranging from basic bill paying to estate and investment management.
Registration closes Tuesday, October 11, 2016, 12 noon. This is one week before the event. Click here to register.
COSTS: $35 – SPEPC Members, $45 – Non-Members. Pay now or at the door, but Register now and pick your meal option.
