Stress Management Presentation

Please join us at the next South Placer Estate Planning Council (SPEPC) Speaker & Dinner meeting. Our February presenter is Greg Sazima, MD. His topic is:

“Stress Management for Professionals.”

Dr. Sazima is a private practice double boarded psychiatrist in geriatrics and neurology. He will review the biological roots of stress, its triggers, and techniques to manage stress including relaxation, treating insomnia and basic meditation.
