About the Speaker:
Cameron L. Hess, Esq., CPA is partner with the tax/transactions group for Wagner Kirkman Blaine Klomparens & Youmans LLP where he practices, real estate, estate planning, business and tax law. Mr. Hess practice includes property tax planning.
Mr. Hess has authored several hundred articles over several decades, including on property taxes for Spidell’s California Taxletter and professional education groups. His curiosity in property taxes began before his assisting with the start-up of KPMG’s Los Angeles office state and local tax practice as a manager and its property tax practice, literally with the enactment of Proposition 13. Mr. Hess continues to speak and write.
Mr. Hess currently co-chairs the CalCPA RED (Real Estate Discussion) Group and the CLA Tax Section Corporate and Pass-through Entities Committee, and has served as an adjunct instructor at several colleges, including at McGeorge School of Law.
